Ongoing training,
support & development
To supplement the training at head office you will also receive five days
of field training support during which time you will be accompanied by
our Franchise Manager, who will work with you to actively canvas for new
customers in your franchise area. |

The key objective of this is to generate immediate sales and to give
you the confidence to negotiate your own accounts. All other aspects
of running a StarBrite franchise will be covered during this period.
After the second week of training, the ongoing support will include:
